Delivery
Each piece of jewellery is handmade in Petra’s London studio and many designs are made to order. Delivery times can vary. If you require a particular delivery date please contact Petra and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All jewellery is carefully packaged in bespoke boxes with a personalised postcard in a padded envelope. Once an order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
UK Delivery
All UK delivery is free of charge.
Packages with a value of over £50 are sent by Special Delivery and contained in a Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope to UK addresses. This service is tracked and insured. Delivery is normally guaranteed for the next working day and will require a signature upon arrival.
Packages under £50 in value are sent by Royal Mail Tracked, delivery is usually within 24 hours.
All delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail and we cannot take responsibility for any delays incurred while the package is in their care. If your item is delayed please get in touch so we can provide tracking details.
International Delivery
We have temporarily paused shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) that came into effect on December 13, 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and very much hope to resume shipping to these destinations again in due course. We will continue to ship to other international destinations.
International orders under £500 are dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed at a cost of £20. Orders over £500 are dispatched by courier and are tracked and insured at a cost of £80.
Please note: Any import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Written paperwork describing the contents of the parcel will accompany the package for customs purposes.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase but if you do want to return an item, whether for an exchange or refund please do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact Petra with your name; address; product details; reason for return and whether you require a refund, replacement or exchange.
The jewellery is your responsibility until it is received back at our studio, so we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK returns. Return postage costs are your responsibility.
If you are returning an item from outside of the UK original postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs are your responsibility. You are required to complete a customs declaration form. The goods will need to be correctly marked as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ to ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred on re-import to the UK. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer, this may also delay the returns process.
We cannot refund or exchange: bespoke; made to order; customised or sale items.
Any damaged work must be notified within 48 hours.
